| Meditation | The methods of relaxation, used by yogis, were effectively applied for working off the technique of reverse biocommunication at adjusting of blood pressure. At the same time many researches have shown possibilities of yogis arbitrarily regulate the rhythm of cardiac activity and frequency of pulse from 30-40 to 250-300 shots per minute. It is interest to know, that at high-frequency of heart-throbs (300 shots per minute) the stop of cardiac activity ("straight line") is registered thanks to heart that does not push a blood, as the valves of heart stay too long in the opened state, and the blood flows by the vessels by gravity without the use of forcing function of cardiac muscles.
This fact is confirmed by the researches conducted in the USA and India. The results of research of monk’s meditation in Buddhist school have shown that at the contemplation directed on an outer world, it’s impossible for electroencephalogram to get used to the voice. It means that yogis can reach an extraordinarily high level of attention in relation to the events that outward them. At concentration on the internal state, vice versa, even strong irritants could not lock alpha rhythm. It determines the possibility of yogis to deeply concentrate on salvation their internal problems and tasks.
The therapeutic effect of meditation attracts a number of theoretic and practice questions. In the West meditation is used as a mean of self-regulation, psychocorrection, therapies and psychotherapy. Such application of meditation based on the technique renders positive influence on the psychosomatic violations related to stress and anxiety.
Plenty of works, studying possibilities of application of meditation for diminishing of fears, phobias, stresses and high blood pressure were written. All researches mark successful influence of meditation on the most different syndromes: fear of the closed space, examinations, loneliness, cardiac attack, chronic pains of different nature, during the rehabilitation after the heavy diseases, for example, heart attack, on such psychosomatic diseases, as bronchial asthma.
The experiments show possibility of application of meditation on the removal of anxiety, foresee the same application in the control group of respiratory exercises and asan-Khatha-yoga.
