You should have a hot water shower with the duration of 3 minutes and then have a cold water shower with the duration of 30 seconds and finish the procedure with a hot water shower lasting 3 minutes. The recommended time for a bath should not exceed 15 - 20 minutes. People who have high blood pressure or cardiovascular problems should not exceed the recommended time to prevent the body temperature’s raising. The best time for having a bath is evening. An evening bath taken before a sleep provided a deep sleep.
