Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)

Ascorbic acid is strong antioxidant. This means it can prevent harmful impact of free radicals. Such impact causes aging and sometimes even cancer, heart problems and chronic inflammation processes (e.g. arthritis). Antioxidants also diminish the influence of  harmful substances such as toxic chemicals and cigarette smoke.

Food with high amount of vitamin C: citrus fruits and juices, tomatoes, strawberries, broccoli, leafy vegetables, potatoes etc. Aslo such products as cauliflower, cabbage, different types of peppers, pineapples, raspberries, blueberries and cranberries are rich in ascorbic acid.

The lack of vitamin C may lead to undesirable consequences such as anemia, excessive weight, bad teeth, nosebleeds, dryness of skin, inflammatory process of the gums and other parts of body, dryness of hair, arthritis, and weak immunity.

Tocopherol (Vitamin E)
This vitamin is fat- solvable and has antioxidant properties.

Tocopherol is a strong antioxidant: it defends the organism against harmful free radicals.

Vitamin E helps the body tissues to assimilate vitamin K. Also it contributes to generation of red blood cells. It is able to protect organism from heart diseases.

The next food products are rich in vitamin E: nuts, corn, seeds, olives, asparagus, leafy vegetables, sunflower and corn oil etc.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
This vitamin resolves in water and should be taken on the daily basis. It helps to create red blood cells and free the energy from carbohydrates.

 Riboflavin is found in nuts, green leafy vegetables, legumes, eggs, dairy products etc.
The lack of vitamin B2 can lead to sore throat, mouth sores, skin problems and anemia.
