Products, rich in thiamine: pasta, cereals, lean pork and beef, beans, fish, peas. Such foods as fruits, vegetables and dairy products also have thiamine in their structure, but not too much.

Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6)
Products with this vitamin should be a part of diet for everyone. It contributes greatly to generation of antibodies by the immune system. Antibodies help the organism to fight different viruses. Also this vitamin takes part in proteins break down. This means that if you eat food, rich in proteins you will need more pyridoxine for the proper functioning of your body.

Vitamin B6 is contained in large quantities in different kinds of meat, whole grains, fish, cereals, beans, nuts and legumes.

The lack of vitamin B6 can lead to depression and other neurological problems. Also the deficiency of it may cause anxiety, irritability and confusion.

Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)
This vitamin is very important for children, because it provides regular growth and development.

The body needs this vitamin for proper growth and regeneration of new tissues. Ascorbic acid takes part in collagen producing. Collagen is important for skin, tendons, scar healing, blood vessels etc. Vitamin C also helps to cure injuries and regenerate cartilages, teeth and bones.
